Sindhu Indian Cuisine delivers in every way that matters. The staff treated us like we’d been coming there for years, genuinely friendly and attentive without hovering. The food was on a different level. Every dish had flavor, depth, and the kind of balance you only get from a kitchen that knows exactly what it’s doing. This is easily one of the best restaurants in Lansing. If you want a place where the service feels personal and the food actually impresses you from the first bite to the last, this is it. Also, the portions are massive! Come hungry!

They are one of the most diverse and authentic Indian cuisine menu offerings in Lansing. Great place to explore new experiences and tastes or just get an impeccably produced old favorite. I promise you won't be disappointed.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the absolute best experience at Sindhu Indian Cuisine! The food was incredible from start to finish. The chicken tandoori was perfectly cooked—juicy, tender, and packed with flavor straight from the tandoor. It’s honestly the best I’ve ever had. The naan was soft, fluffy, and came out warm—perfect for dipping into the sauces and pairing with every bite. The combination of the chicken tandoori and fresh naan is unbeatable. On top of that, the service was warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere made the meal even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for authentic, delicious Indian food, this is hands-down the place to go. Highly recommend!

I dined at Sindhu once...20 years ago. I don't remember anything about that experience. Beyond the fact that it wasn't memorable enough to return. I love Indian food, have tried nearly every local spot + am always on the hunt for good Indian food wherever I travel! So I was curious about giving it another chance + was pleased with my selection: Samosa Chaat — I realized after the fact that it was missing the chutneys + yogurt but it was fine without them. I do love the mint chutney + tamarind chutney + made sure to requested some with my entrees. Poori — I was super excited about this because it's not often an option on local menus. Garlic Naan (not pictured) — I didn't try it but my friend thought it needed a bit of salt to enhance the taste of the garlic. Lamb Vindaloo (Spicy) — The meat was tender + sauce was more tomato-forward than I'm accustomed to, but it was tasty nonetheless. Goat Biryani (Medium Spice) — Fantastic! Tender, well seasoned meat. The Raita that accompanied it was creamy + not as tart as others, which I liked. Palak Paneer — Rich + creamy but lacked salt. We wondered whether it was because we were given an option to choose the spice level + we opted for mild since we kicked up the heat on our other dishes. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I can request it to be spicier because I've never been to a restaurant that offered that option for Palak or Saag Paneer. I'm looking forward to coming back to try more dishes.

This is one of the best Indian restaurants I’ve ever visited, and I’ve tried many! The flavors here are exceptional, especially the Chicken 65—it’s the best I’ve had anywhere. We started with Papadam, Mixed Grill, Fish Lal Mirch, and Chicken Korma, and everything was delicious. The Mixed Grill and Fish were outstanding, but the Chicken 65 truly stands out. If you like spice, go for Extra Hot! While portions are a bit smaller, the incredible taste and top-notch service make this place a must-visit for authentic desi food lovers. Highly recommended!
